3 Bedroom House in Shadow Mountain, Evergreen

This property has 1675 plus square feet on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, and will sleep 6 comfortably. The main level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with one twin beds, and one bunk bed,1 full bathroom, a great room with a floor to ceiling stone fire place, a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen,that we just remodeled, and an island with chairs for guests to dine. The main level has a wrap around deck with a gas grill and a large patio table for family entertainment. In the basement there is a queen bed, attached to a half bath, a wood stove, and an elliptical to exercise. This family getaway is only 12 minutes from downtown Evergreen.

Summary: We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house was nice and comfortable, the view was beautiful and it was very relaxing to be there. My son loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked too. Communicating with Sara was really easy and she was very nice and accommodating. We’d recommend it to other families or couples.
